Members

The Members functionality provides a comprehensive system for managing user access and for managing user license allocation. Users can be invited via email, and once registered, they can be assigned with licenses.

Transfering licenses​

Users can be invited to register to the software via their email address. The system sends an invitation email to the invitees, and they need to register if they don't have an account yet. After logging in (via the link), users can immediately access any license they've been granted with.

Step 1: sending license invitations​

  1. Navigate to the Members section in the Account settings menu
  2. Click on the "Transfer License" button in the top-right corner
  3. In the invitation modal, enter the email address of the person you wish to give a license to, and select the license that you want to transfer

Managing the allocated licenses​

Step 1: accessing member information​

  1. Navigate to the Members section in the Account settings menu
  2. The main panel displays a list of all current members
  3. If you click on the dropdown on a member, you can manage that which licence will be allocated to the member.
